Many of the development projects have resulted in a range of patents covering absorbent and anti microbial products, manufacturing processes and active devices.  The experience in both developmental and regulatory environments has demonstrated the importance of development and regulation being closely linked during product realisation.

He was made a Fellow of The Institute of Materials Minerals and Mining in 2009.

  • Developmental and regulatory aspects of all classifications of devices.
  • Gap analysis of regulatory procedures.
  • Creation of procedures.
  • Trouble shooting and validation of manufacturing processes,
  • Development of business procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

David Kershaw provided regulatory advice and guidance at four “Meet the Expert” sessions organised by Trustech in 2013.
